Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Our standard MOQ is 1 carton per model. Carton sizes vary from 5 sets (large kits) to 32 sets (compact kits). For custom OEM branding, the MOQ is 500 sets per model.

Q: Can I order samples before committing to a bulk order?
A: Yes. We accept sample orders of 1–5 sets for new buyers. Sample cost is fully deductible from your first bulk order of 50+ cartons.

Q: Do you offer private labeling / OEM?
A: Yes. We can print your logo on the tool case, customize case colors, and even adjust the tool mix inside the kit for orders of 500+ sets. Send us your logo file (AI or high-res PNG) and requirements.

Q: How long does production and shipping take?
A: In-stock models ship within 3–5 days after deposit. Sea freight to Southeast Asia typically takes 12–18 days to port. Total door-to-door via DDP is usually 25–35 days.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We prefer T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. For repeat customers with established history, we offer L/C at sight or net-30 terms.

Q: Can I visit your factory?
A: Absolutely. Our factory is in Shangqiu, Henan Province, China. We can arrange a video factory tour if an in-person visit is not feasible. Contact us to schedule.

Q: Are your tools certified?
A: Our production complies with standard quality benchmarks for hand tools. If your market requires specific certifications (e.g., CE, ISO), please let us know in advance so we can confirm compatibility or arrange testing.

Q: What markets do you currently export to?
A: We regularly ship to the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and other Southeast Asian markets. Our packing and labeling experience is optimized for these regions.
