Wholesale and Ordering Policy

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Standard Kit: 1 carton per style (specific quantity varies depending on the product; please refer to the product page)

• Custom OEM Order: Minimum order of 500 sets per style

Sample Order

• First-time buyers can order 1-5 sample sets to evaluate quality.

• Sample price = regular unit price + shipping cost. Sample fees can be deducted from your first bulk order.

Pricing and Payment

• Quotations are in USD, FOB Shanghai/Ningbo or EXW Factory Delivery

• Payment Terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance due before shipment (Wire Transfer)

Delivery Time

• In-Stock Models: 3-5 days after receiving deposit

• Customized OEM Orders: 15-25 days after receiving deposit and confirming design

Shipping

• Standard export carton packaging provided

• Sea freight (FOB) or DDP door-to-door delivery service available

• Urgent samples and small batch orders can be delivered by express (DHL/FedEx)

Custom Branding (OEM)

• Toolbox Logo Printing: Free for orders ≥ 500 sets

• Customized Toolbox Colors: Each color available ≥1,000 Sets

• Customized tool configurations: ≥1,000 sets. Please provide your Bill of Materials (BOM) for evaluation.

Returns and Claims

• For defective or incorrectly shipped items, please submit a claim with photos within 14 days of receiving the goods.

• For confirmed manufacturing defects, we will cover the cost of replacement or refund.

• We do not accept return requests due to buyer backlash or incorrect ordering.

Warranty

• All hand tools are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

• Normal wear and tear, misuse, and unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.
